Leigh has worked at agencies for over 20 years now, with experience spanning some of the worlds most innovative and intelligent brands, from Nike to Tesco to EE. She has enjoyed multiple exec level roles, from Managing Director Saatchi and Saatchi, to CEO of Dare in 2013, part of the highly innovative OLIVER group.
Her range of agency experience straddles from brand and communications, to customer experience. She is a passionate advocate of modern customer experience led brand building - creating experiences that people love, rather than relying on communications alone.
She is also an active member of WACL, and actively pursues the diversity agenda in our business.
Leigh is married with two children, and regularly enjoys a large glass of South African Blanc de Noir to help keep a good perspective on all of the above.
